Not too long ago, I had the privilege of introducing a crucial initiative aimed at restoring national dignity- the “ARMENIAN GENE” national movement, led by patriotic Armenians, notably Artur Djilavyan, a long-time friend of the CCD team (www.ccd.am), and his associates.
Since October 2023, the dedicated efforts of these individuals have made it possible to provide over 35 displaced families from Artsakh with housing in various Armenian settlements. Thanks to the backing and sponsorship from the “ARMENIAN GENE” movement, 8 families currently reside in secure conditions within the Noyemberyan Community. The stay of five families, spanning one year, is supported by members of the Armenian Community of Crimea, while 3 families are sponsored by Shahe Kalajian from France and Mirzoyan family from Italy.
The families, including the Hayrapetyans, Shahnazaryans, two Grigoryan families, two Arzumanyan families, and the Sadkhyans, who have found solace in the welcoming embrace of the Noyemberyan Community, express their profound gratitude to all the sponsors.
On behalf of the CCD team, we extend heartfelt appreciation to all the members of the “ARMENIAN GENE” movement for their unwavering support during this challenging time. May God safeguard our nation and all devoted Armenians.
Thanks to many careful people Noyemberyan has become a close home for tears
